Humanistic counselling focuses on recognizing human capabilities in areas such as creativity, personal awareness and choice.
Transactional Analysis Counselling
Transactional analysis approach of counselling allows individuals to analyse decisions they have made and understand the direction and patterns of their life for themselves. It also helps clients to trust their decisions and improve the way they feel about themselves.
Solution Focused Counselling
Solution focused approach investigates what you want to change in your life. It helps devise with you a way that suits you using and promoting what has 'already worked'.
Integrative counselling is not fixed to any single therapy approach since its take the view that no one single approach works for every client in every situation.
Counselling is offered with a confidential agreement.
